If you fill in the wrong address when placing an order, please email us your situation along with your new address. If your order has not been sent out yet, we will change it to the new address, however, if the shipment is already been sent out we will not be able to change it and re-send the item. We highly encourage you to double check the address when placing your order, because we are not responsible for re-sending the item with your new address.
If you receive a defective or a wrong item, we will replace it for you. Just email us a picture of the item along with your order number as soon as possible.
